Protein Cheela A high protein cheela that makes up for a delicious and nutritious breakfast as it is packed full of flavours and spices that goes beautifully with the chilled and refreshing yogurt dip. By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients multi dal chilla mix Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 180 grams multi dal chilla mix 2 tbsps boiled sweet corn kernels, crushed 1 medium carrot, grated 2 tsps roasted white sesame seeds 2 green chillies, chopped 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves ½ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer) ½ tsp oil + for drizzling Salt to tasteDip 1½ cups chilled yogurt, whisked 1 medium English cucumber Salt to taste Roasted cumin powder for sprinkling Method To make the batter, take multi dal chilla mix in a large bowl. Add sweet corn kernels, carrot, white sesame seeds, green chillies, chopped coriander, cottage cheese, 2½ cups water and whisk till well combined. Adjust salt and mix well. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, pour a ladle of this batter and gently spread to make a thin cheela. Drizzle a little oil on the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. For the dip, take yogurt in a bowl, grate cucumber in it and add salt. Mix well. Transfer the cheelas on a serving plate and serve hot with the yogurt dip sprinkled with roasted cumin powder.
