Ingredients list for Pomfret Oven Baked

  • 2 large Pomfret
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • 7-8 cloves Garlic,crushed
  • 1 inch piece Ginger,crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli paste
  • 3 tablespoons Barbeque sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 16-20 sprigs Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic flavoured olive oil

  1. Clean the fish thoroughly and make four to five horizontal slits on both sides. Apply salt and lemon juice and set aside for five minutes.
  2. Mix together garlic, ginger, red chilli paste, bar-be-cue sauce and balsamic vinegar and apply this paste all round the fish. Marinade for fifteen minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
