Ingredients list for Poha Halwa
- 1 cup Pressed Rice
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- for greasing Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Mixed dried fruits
Method
- Soak the poha in milk. Add sugar and green cardamom powder and mix well.
- Grease a plate and pour the mixture in it. Heat a steamer and steam the mixture till done.
- Remove and crush the mixture lightly. Serve decorated with mixed dry fruits.
