Ingredients list for Poha Halwa

  • 1 cup Pressed Rice
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • for greasing Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed dried fruits

Method

  1. Soak the poha in milk. Add sugar and green cardamom powder and mix well.
  2. Grease a plate and pour the mixture in it. Heat a steamer and steam the mixture till done.
  3. Remove and crush the mixture lightly. Serve decorated with mixed dry fruits.
