Ingredients
- 1 sourdough bread
- 10-12 cheese slices
- 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
- ½ cup red capsicum strips
- ½ cup onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup yellow capsicum strips
- ½ cup chicken boiled and shredded
- 1 cup processed cheese, grated
- 10 Fresh basil leaves
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Halve the sourdough bread horizontally and scoop out the centre portions from the two halves to make a bowl.
- For each pizza, place each half on a bake-proof plate, place 5 cheese slices against the walls and base of the bowl. Spread 2 tbsps of pizza sauce over the cheese slices.
- Spread half the red capsicums, half the onions, half the yellow capsicums and half the chicken.
- Sprinkle ½ the cheese on top, garnish with half the basil leaves and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
