Ingredients for Pizza Bowl - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Sourdough bread 1

  • Cheese slices 10-12

  • Pizza sauce 4 tablespoons

  • Red capsicum strips 1/2 cup

  • Onion thinly sliced 1/2 cup

  • Yellow capsicum strips 1/2 cup

  • Chicken boiled and shredded 1/2 cup

  • Processed cheese grated 1 cup

  • Fresh basil leaves 10


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

Halve the sourdough bread horizontally and scoop out the center portions from the two halves to make a bowl.

Step 3

For each pizza, place each half on a bake-proof plate, place 5 cheese slices against the walls and base of the bowl. Spread 2 tbsps pizza sauce over the cheese slices.

Step 4

Spread half the red capsicums, half the onions, half the yellow capsicums and half the chicken.

Step 5

Sprinkle ½ the cheese on top, garnish with half the basil leaves and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 6

Slice and serve warm.
