Ingredients list for Pita Pockets With Spicy Chicken
- 4 Chicken
- 1/2 cup Hung Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli paste
Method
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, red chilli paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper powder. Mix well. Place the chicken in a dish and pour the marinade on top.
- Cover and set aside for two hours. Heat the Grill Pan. Place the chicken in it and cook for ten minutes, turning sides, till evenly done all over.
- Remove the pieces and slice them thinly. Lightly warm the pita bread halves on the same hot pan.
- To serve, open the pita pockets, fill with sliced chicken, lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Serve immediately.
