Ingredients list for Pita Pockets With Spicy Chicken

  • 4 Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Hung Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli paste

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, red chilli paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper powder. Mix well. Place the chicken in a dish and pour the marinade on top.
  2. Cover and set aside for two hours. Heat the Grill Pan. Place the chicken in it and cook for ten minutes, turning sides, till evenly done all over.
  3. Remove the pieces and slice them thinly. Lightly warm the pita bread halves on the same hot pan.
  4. To serve, open the pita pockets, fill with sliced chicken, lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Serve immediately.
