Ingredients for Pin Wheel Sandwich Recipe

  • Bread Loaf 1

  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup

  • Mayonnaise ¼ cup

  • Dried red chillies crushed 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Butter 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Cut the fresh bread loaf lengthwise in a sheet form. Trim off the crusts. Mix tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, crushed red chillies, salt and white pepper powder.

Step 2

Apply butter on one side of the bread. Spread the filling on the buttered side evenly. Roll the bread slowly taking care not to break it.

Step 3

Wrap in a greaseproof paper and place in the refrigerator to set for thirty to forty five minutes.

Step 4

When set, remove the paper from the roll, cut into two-centimeter thick slices, arrange neatly on a platter and serve.
