Ingredients list for Pethe ki kheer

  • 3 cups Milk
  • 10 Petha grated
  • 2 tablespoons Almonds sliver
  • a few strands Saffron (kesar)

Method

  1. Boil milk in a non stick pan, allow it to reduce a bit.
  2. Add the grated petha and boil the mixture. When the mixture thickens. Add almonds and saffron. Mix again and serve hot or cold.
