Ingredients list for Pethe ki kheer
- 3 cups Milk
- 10 Petha grated
- 2 tablespoons Almonds sliver
- a few strands Saffron (kesar)
Method
- Boil milk in a non stick pan, allow it to reduce a bit.
- Add the grated petha and boil the mixture. When the mixture thickens. Add almonds and saffron. Mix again and serve hot or cold.
