Ingredients list for Peanut Jam French Toast

  • 8 Brown bread slices
  • 2 Eggs
  • as required Peanut butter
  • as required Jam
  • ¼ cup Castor sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cream
  • ¼ cup Milk


  1. Break eggs into a bowl. Add castor sugar, cream, milk and whisk well.
  2. Spread peanut butter on four bread slices and jam on the remaining slices. Now sandwich the slices in such a way that peanut butter and jam face each other.
  3. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture and cook in the pan, turning sides till evenly golden on both sides.
  4. Cut into triangles and sprinkle icing sugar on top. Serve immediately.
