Ingredients list for Papletche Bhujne
- 4 Pomfret 1 inch pieces
- 2 medium Onions Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Pathare Prabhu Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Mix onions, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pathare prabhu masala, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves and apply to the pomfret cubes.
- Rub the above mixture with your fingers lightly, so that pomfret cubes do not break. Heat oil in a pan, add the above mixture and sauté on medium heat for five to six minutes or till the fish pieces are cooked. Serve hot.
