Ingredients list for Papdi No Lot
- 100 grams Refined Flour
- a pinch Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoons Green chilli paste
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (til)
- 200 millilitres Water
- 50 grams Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom handi. Add cumin seeds, green chilli paste, salt, sesame seeds and water. Bring it to boil.
- Add rice flour, soda bi carbonate and stir vigorously so that the lumps are not formed. Reduce the heat and cook stirring constantly. When the mixture thickens, remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle little oil on top and serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
