Ingredients list for Paneer Pudina Kalimirch

  • 400 grams Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves Paste
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Crushed black peppercorns


  1. Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Cut paneer into ½ inch cubes.
  2. Add cumin seeds to the pan and when it changes colour, add onion and tomato and sauté. Add salt and mix. Add green chilli paste, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix. Add 1 cup water and mix and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add fresh mint paste, fresh coriander paste, cashewnut paste and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix and cook on high heat.
  4. Add spinach puree and mix well. Add paneer and mix gently.
    Add crushed black peppercorns and mix. Add garam masala powder, lemon juice and mix. Add butter and mix. Adjust salt and mix. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
