Ingredients list for Paneer And Pineapple Stir Fry
- 100 grams Cottage cheese
- 3-4 Canned pineapples cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 Dried red chillies broken
- 1 medium Green capsicum cut into strips
- 7-8 Broccoli
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 2-3 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 medium Tomatoes cut into strips
- to taste Salt
- 1 Lemon
- a few Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Cut paneer into big cubes.
- Add cumin seeds, onion, broken red chillies, capsicum, broccoli to the pan and saute. Cut tomatoes into big pieces, put into a mixer jar. Add garlic and grind. Add this to the pan.
- Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix.Add pineapple, tomato strips, paneer cubes, salt, garam masala powder and juice of 1 lemon. Mix with a light hand.
- Tear some coriander leaves and add and toss.Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
