Ingredients list for Palak Paneer Tofu
- 1 cup Fresh spinach puree
- 100 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 100 grams Hard tofu
- 1 Thick slice Silken tofu
- 1/2 teaspoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
- 6-8 Black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
Method
- Heat oil in non stick pan, add cumin seeds and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add onions and sauté till well browned.
- Cut hard tofu, silken tofu and paneer into squares.
- Add green chillies, black peppercorns, paneer, hard tofu, salt, spinach puree and 4-5 tbsps water to the pan. Mix and add garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add silken tofu and mix gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Serve hot with chapatti.
