Ingredients list for Paan Ice Cream

  • 4 Paan Leaves chopped
  • 2 Meetha Paan
  • 5 cups Milk


  1. Bring milk to a boil and cook till it reduces to one third its volume. Remove from heat and add sugar and mix. Add khoya and mix. Set aside to cool.
  2. Add fennel seeds, gulkand, green cardamom powder, paan leaves and meetha paan and blend everything together in a blender. Strain the mixture.
  3. Transfer into an ice cream tin and cover with the lid. Keep it in the deep freezer for four to six hours or till well set.
  4. Unmould, slice and serve immediately.
