Ingredients list for Oats and Peanut Butter Truffles - SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate melted

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add oats and dry roast, stirring continuously, on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Take it off the heat, transfer into a bowl and let it cool down.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey and peanut powder and mix till well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. Keep them on a plate and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Coat each oats-peanut ball with melted dark chocolate and place it on a parchment sheet kept over another plate. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  5. Take melted white chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle on top of each truffle to make a design. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve
