Ingredients list for Oats and Peanut Butter Truffles - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Oats
- 3/4 cup Peanut butter creamy
- 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts powder
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Dark chocolate melted
- 1/2 cup White chocolate melted
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add oats and dry roast, stirring continuously, on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Take it off the heat, transfer into a bowl and let it cool down.
- Add peanut butter, honey and peanut powder and mix till well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. Keep them on a plate and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Coat each oats-peanut ball with melted dark chocolate and place it on a parchment sheet kept over another plate. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Take melted white chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle on top of each truffle to make a design. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
