Oat Muffins This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients refined flour (maida), Saffola Veggie Twist Oats Cuisine British Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Oat Muffins 2 cups refined flour (maida) Saffola Veggie Twist Oats 1 packet (40 grams) to taste Salt 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon dill leaves finely chopped 1 cup spinach leaves chopped 1/2 cup green peas 1 medium green zucchini, grated 1/2 cup grated ricotta cheese 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup milk Method Preheat oven at 180°C. Combine Saffola Veggie Twist Oats, salt, pepper powder, dill leaves, spinach, green peas, zucchini and ricotta cheese in a bowl. Mix well. Break eggs in another bowl. Add baking powder and milk and beat well with an electric beater. Add refined flour and mix well. Add egg-flour mixture to oats mixture and lightly fold till well mixed. Fill 8 individual silicon muffin moulds with the prepared mixture and place them on a baking tray. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, demould and serve.
