Ingredients list for Mustard Glazed Chicken
- 1 Chicke With Skin
- 5-6 English Mustard
- 1 cup Apricot jam
- Sea salt
- 2 tablespoons English mustard paste
- 2 tablespoons Orange juice
- Black pepper powder
Method
- Clean and wash chicken. Apply sea salt all over the top and inside.
- Take apricot jam in a bowl and add mustard paste and mix well.
- Add in orange juice. Prick the chicken all over with the cloves for flavour.
- Preheat the oven to 230° C. Baste the chicken from all sides with the apricot glaze and sprinkle crushed pepper.
- Roast in the convection oven at 230° C. for ten to fifteen minutes and then at moderate temperature of 180° C for thirty minutes.
- Serve hot.
