Ingredients list for Multiflour Laddoo
- 1/4 cup Whole green gram (sabut moong)
- 1/4 cup Whole wheat
- 1/4 cup Kolam rice
- 3/4 cup Jaggery grated
- 1/4 cup Scraped fresh coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 3 tablespoons Peanuts roasted and roughly chopped
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add green gram and dry roast till it turns light brown. Remove from heat and set aside in a bowl.
- In the same pan, dry-roast whole wheat and kolam rice, separately, till they turn light brown and put into separate bowls. Cool down to room temperature.
- Grind together roasted green gram, whole wheat and rice to a coarse powder.
- Melt jaggery in a non-stick pan. Add ground powder and stir well. Add coconut, cardamom powder and peanuts, mix well and switch off heat. Cool down to room temperature.
- Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions and shape them into medium size laddoos.
- Serve.
