Ingredients list for Mug Cake
- ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 Egg
- to serve Vanilla ice cream
Method
- Combine chocolate chips and cream in a microwave proof mug and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and whisk till well incorporated.
- Add cocoa powder and mix. Add egg and mix well.
- Heat the chocolate-egg mixture in microwave for 40 seconds.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
