Ingredients for Mug Cake Recipe

  • Dark chocolate chips ¼ cup

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

  • Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon

  • Egg 1

  • Vanilla ice cream to serve


Step 1

Combine chocolate chips and cream in a microwave proof mug and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and whisk till well incorporated.

Step 2

Add cocoa powder and mix. Add egg and mix well.

Step 3

Heat the chocolate-egg mixture in microwave for 40 seconds.

Step 4

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
