Ingredients for Muesli Recipe

  • Oats 1 1/2 cups

  • Yogurt 2 cups

  • Pear, cut into cubes 1

  • Apple cut into cubes 1

  • Golden apricots roughly chopped 3-4

  • Walnuts roughly chopped 5-6

  • Kiwi cut into cubes 1

  • Orange segments 8-10

  • Yogurt 2 cups

  • Honey 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Fresh pomegranate pearls for garnis


Step 1

Mix together oats and orange juice in a bowl and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Add pear, apple, apricots, walnuts, kiwi, orange segments and yogurt and mix well.

Step 3

Add honey and mix. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh pomegranate pearls and serve.
