Ingredients list for Moroccan Mint Tea
- 2 teaspoons Tea Leaves
- 16 Fresh mint leaves
- 4 Lemons cut into wedges
- 2 one-inch Cinnamon
- 4 Star anise
- 16 teaspoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)
Method
- Place tea leaves, mint leaves, lemon wedges, cinnamon sticks, star anise and castor sugar in a kettle.
- Top it with boiling water and let it brew for about three to four minutes. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Pour into individual glasses and serve hot.
