Moong Dosa

A quick healthy breakfast made with sprouted gram.often eat dosa prepared with urad dal and rice. Today we will make moong dal dosa which is crusty in taste. This can be prepared for breakfast, lunch or dinner or whenever you feel like. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Moong Dosa

  • 1 1/2 cups Moth Sprouts
  • 1 inch piece Dosa Batter roughly chopped
  • 2 Green chillies roughly chopped


  1. Grind moong sprouts, ginger and green chillies with a little water to a coarse paste. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sufficient water to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat a non stick tawa. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread to a round dosa. Drizzle a little oil around the dosa and cook till both the sides are evenly cooked.
  3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
