Ingredients list for Moong Dal Seero

  • 1 cup Split green gram skinless soaked
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 5 cup Milk

Method

  1. Drain the water and grind the dal coarsely with little water. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel and sauté the dal till it turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Add milk and green cardamom powder and cook till the milk dries up. Add sugar and cook till sugar gets dissolved. Garnish with sliced almonds.
