Ingredients
- 500 grams Ripe Olive
- 2 cups Sugar
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients except the panch phoron powder in an appropriate sized pan and cook on low heat till the syrup reaches one thread consistency and the olives are soft. Add the panch phoron powder. Cool and store.
