Ingredients list for Minty Chocolate
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped
 - 1 cup White chocolate chopped
 - ½ cup Fresh cream
 - as required Dark chocolate cookies crushed
 - for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
 
Method
- Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add mint leaves, mix and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
 - Take the white chocolate in a bowl.
 - Strain the cream-mint leaves mixture into the bowl and heat in the microwave for 15 seconds. Mix well till smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
 - Fill the cream mixture into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle.
 - Place a spoonful of crushed biscuits in individual large spoons. Pipe a rosette on the biscuits.
 - Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
