Ingredients list for Methia Keri
- 3-4 raw Mango cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup Fenugreek Seeds crushed
- 1 cup Red chilli powder
Method
- Mix together mangoes, crushed fenugreek seeds, red chilli powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and mustard oil in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean glass jar and set aside to mature for a week before serving.
