Ingredients list for Melon Pudina ka Cocktail

  • 1 medium Papaya
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Jal jeera powder
  • for garnishing Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon +
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur)
  • 10-12 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
  • for garnishing Rose syrup

Method

  1. Peel papaya, remove seeds, roughly chop and put into a mixer jar. Add jal jeera powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, dried mango powder, ice cubes, mint leaves, sugar syrup and lemon juice and grind into a purée.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. Drizzle some rose syrup from the edges of the glasses, sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and serve chilled.
