Ingredients list for Melon Pudina ka Cocktail
- 1 medium Papaya
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Jal jeera powder
- for garnishing Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon +
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur)
- 10-12 Ice cubes
- 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons Sugar syrup
- Juice of 1 lemon
- for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
- for garnishing Rose syrup
Method
- Peel papaya, remove seeds, roughly chop and put into a mixer jar. Add jal jeera powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, dried mango powder, ice cubes, mint leaves, sugar syrup and lemon juice and grind into a purée.
- Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. Drizzle some rose syrup from the edges of the glasses, sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and serve chilled.
