Ingredients list for Medley Of Fruits With Peach Sauce

  • 4 medium Mangoes
  • 6 medium Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Apple juice
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 12 slices Pineapple
  • 4 medium Plums
  • 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • for garnish Cherries

Method

  1. Cut two peaches roughly.
  2. Peel and cut mango roughly. Blend mango and peach pieces with half of the apple juice in a blender.
  3. Transfer the puree into a pan. Add powdered sugar and the remaining apple juice and simmer for five minutes. Strain the sauce and cook again to reduce till it attains a thick sauce type consistency. Deseed plums and slice. Core the pineapple slices. Cut the remaining peaches into slices.
  4. In a plate arrange the fruits thus: pineapple slice, plum slice, peach slice. Repeat this order twice.
  5. Pour the sauce over these fruits and top with brown sugar. Flambé.
  6. Place a cherry on top and serve immediately.
