Ingredients list for Medley Of Fruits With Peach Sauce
- 4 medium Mangoes
- 6 medium Peaches
- 1/2 cup Apple juice
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 12 slices Pineapple
- 4 medium Plums
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
- for garnish Cherries
Method
- Cut two peaches roughly.
- Peel and cut mango roughly. Blend mango and peach pieces with half of the apple juice in a blender.
- Transfer the puree into a pan. Add powdered sugar and the remaining apple juice and simmer for five minutes. Strain the sauce and cook again to reduce till it attains a thick sauce type consistency. Deseed plums and slice. Core the pineapple slices. Cut the remaining peaches into slices.
- In a plate arrange the fruits thus: pineapple slice, plum slice, peach slice. Repeat this order twice.
- Pour the sauce over these fruits and top with brown sugar. Flambé.
- Place a cherry on top and serve immediately.
