Ingredients list for Medley Of Fruits With Candied Rose
- 1/4 medium Watermelon
- 1/4 medium Pineapple
- 2 medium Apples
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 medium Pomegranate (anar)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Orange
- 1 Sweet lime
- 1 Chikoo
- 2 tablespoons Gulkand
- 1 cup Fresh orange or sweet lime juice
Method
- Scoop out watermelon into small balls, using a Parisienne scoop. Scoop out pineapple also into small balls. Scoop apples into small sized balls and sprinkle with lemon juice and mix well.
- Peel pomegranate and separate the pomegranate pearls Peel orange and sweet lime, de-seed, remove the white pith and cut the segments into two. Peel the chikoo, remove seeds and cut into thin wedges.
- Mix candied rose petals (gulkand) with fresh orange juice or fresh sweet lime juice. Arrange the fruits in a serving plate decoratively and refrigerate. Just before serving lace the fruits with candied rose petal and fresh orange juice mixture. Serve immediately.
