Ingredients list for Masala papad
- 4 Urad dal Papads
- to deep fry Tomatoes
- 4 medium Tomato, chopped
- 4 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Pomegranate pearls
- 2 tablespoons Lemon leaves
- 1/2 kilogram Puffed rice (kurmura/murmura)
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Sev
- 1 cup Raw peanuts
- for garnish coriander leaves, chopped
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Deep fry the papads and set it aside. Drain on absorbent paper.
- In the same oil fry the peanuts. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
- In a bowl mix together tomatoes, onions, pomegranate pearsls, lemon juice, murmura, salt, sev and fried peanuts and top the mixture on the papads.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
