Ingredients list for Masala Cheese Kachori

  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cottage CHeese grated
  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)

Method

  1. Make a dough with refined flour, salt, ghee, black pepper powder and little water to make a soft dough. Set aside for ten minutes. In a bowl make mix together cheese, cottage cheese, onion, tomato and green chillies.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten each dough ball and stuff with a portion of the filling, gather the edges and seal.
  3. Roll into small kachoris. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the kachoris on medium heat, a few at a time, till crisp and golden brown in colour.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
