Ingredients list for Mango and Papaya Chutney
- 1 Raw mango peeled and coarsely grated
- ½ Raw papaya peeled, seeded and coarsely grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 3-4 spring onions with greens finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- ½ lemon juice
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and saute till soft. Add papaya and saute for 1 minute. Add green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Add salt, pepper powder and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add grated mango and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
