Apply butter on the inside of both pieces of garlic bread. Toast them in the preheated oven till crisp and light brown. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and half teaspoon chaat masala on the paneer pieces and toss well. Heat oil in a non stick pan and sauté paneer pieces till lightly browned. Place one half of bread on a plate, apply mango chutney on it. Place cucumber and cooked paneer, sprinkle the remaining chaat masala. Repeat the layers once.
