Ingredients list for Mango And Yogurt Smoothie
- 4 medium Ripe mangoes
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 16 Lychees
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces and refrigerate. Peel the lychees, pit them and freeze. Put the mango pieces in a blender/smoothie maker. Add lychees, sugar, honey and blend. Add yogurt, ice cubes and blend again. Serve in a tall glass.
