Ingredients list for Mango And Blueberry Crumble
- 3 Ripe mangoes
- 8 teaspoons Blueberry jam
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup Butter cut into cubes chilled
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 8-10 Almonds sliced
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and cut mangoes into small cubes and put them into a bowl. Take the refined flour in another bowl, add butter and rub it in with finger tips till it resembles breadcrumbs. Add sugar and mix.
- Add almonds and mix well. Put the mango cubes into 4 individual bowls, top with 2 tsps of blueberry jam in each bowl. Put the flour mixture on top and bake in the preheated oven till a golden brown crust forms on top. Serve.
