Ingredients list for Makke Ki Papdi Chaat
- 1/2 cup Corn Kernels boiled
- 20 Crisp Puri
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
- When the seeds splutter, add American corn and sauté for five minutes. Add tamarind chutney and salt and cook for another two minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Arrange the puris on a plate and spoon the mixture on it. Sprinkle sev and chaat masala on top and serve immediately.
