Ingredients list for Makke Ki Papdi Chaat

  • 1/2 cup Corn Kernels boiled
  • 20 Crisp Puri
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
  2. When the seeds splutter, add American corn and sauté for five minutes. Add tamarind chutney and salt and cook for another two minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Arrange the puris on a plate and spoon the mixture on it. Sprinkle sev and chaat masala on top and serve immediately.
