  • 3 cups Malai
  • 2 teaspoons Yogurt
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Home made butter has its special flavour that the readymade butter cannot compete with
  2. Transfer the mixture into a large pot and add sufficient ice cubes and 2 cups cold water and churn it with a wooden churner till the butter (makhan) separates.
  3. Gently collect the separated makhan and transfer into a bowl.
    Serve as required.
