- 3 cups Malai
- 2 teaspoons Yogurt
- Ice cubes
Method
- Home made butter has its special flavour that the readymade butter cannot compete with
- Transfer the mixture into a large pot and add sufficient ice cubes and 2 cups cold water and churn it with a wooden churner till the butter (makhan) separates.
- Gently collect the separated makhan and transfer into a bowl.
Serve as required.
