- 400 grams Corn kernels
Method
- Coarsely grind corn without using water.Heat ghee in a non stick kadai.
- Add cashewnuts and raisins and sauté lightly.
- Add corn and sauté for 10-15 minutes.
- Add green cardamom powder, sugar and mix.
- Add khoya and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
