Add ½ cup milk and mix well so that there are no lumps. Add 1½ cups milk gradually and keep stirring while adding and cook till the mixture reaches a sauce consistency. Finely chop 6-8 broccoli florets in a chopper and add to the sauce and mix well. Add salt, pepper powder and dried mixed herbs and mix well. Add boiled macaroni and mix well. Half fill 4 glass cups with macaroni mixture. Grate cheese and put some over the macaroni in each cup and top it with 1 tsp tomato ketchup. Garnish with a little broccoli and serve.
