Ingredients list for Lychee Ka Shrikhand
- 4 tablespoons Lychees peeled pitted and chopped
- 3 cups Yogurt
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar Free
Method
- For making hung yogurt, place the yogurt in a piece of muslin cloth, tie it tightly to make a potli. Place the potli on a strainer which is kept on a bowl and keep a heavy object on the top.
- Let it stand till all the excess water is drained away. Crush lychee pieces. Whisk cream in a bowl, add Sugar Free, hung yogurt, lychee crush and whisk well. Pour into smaller bowls and serve.
