By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bottle Gourd, Fresh Cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Lauki Ice cream 500 grams Bottle Gourd peeled 1 cup Fresh Cream 3 cups Fresh cream 2 tablespoons Honey 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder Method Heat a non stick pan, add bottle guard and sugar and cook till the water evaporates and the mixture is soft. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool. In a bowl mix together fresh cream and the above mixture. Mix well. Add honey and cardamom powder. Mix again. Pour the mixture in a box and allow it to freeze. Once the mixture is ¾ frozen remove the mixture and whisk again.
