Ingredients list for Lauki Ice cream
- 500 grams Bottle Gourd peeled
- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- 3 cups Fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Heat a non stick pan, add bottle guard and sugar and cook till the water evaporates and the mixture is soft.
- Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
- In a bowl mix together fresh cream and the above mixture. Mix well. Add honey and cardamom powder. Mix again.
- Pour the mixture in a box and allow it to freeze. Once the mixture is ¾ frozen remove the mixture and whisk again.
- Allow the mixture to freeze again and serve.
