Ingredients list for Lapsi
- 150 grams Broken Wheat broken
- 300 millilitres Coconut milk
- 300 millilitres Water
- 4 tablespoons Jaggery (gur) grated
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Cook the broken wheat in water until soft. Stir in the jaggery and cook until blended. Add the coconut milk and cardamom powder.
- Bring to boil once and remove from heat. Serve hot.
