Ingredients list for Lapsi

  • 150 grams Broken Wheat broken
  • 300 millilitres Coconut milk
  • 300 millilitres Water
  • 4 tablespoons Jaggery (gur) grated
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Cook the broken wheat in water until soft. Stir in the jaggery and cook until blended. Add the coconut milk and cardamom powder.
  2. Bring to boil once and remove from heat. Serve hot.
