Ingredients list for Lady Finger Mousse
- 12 Biscuits lady finger
- ½ cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup White chocolate chopped
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- as required Blueberries fresh
- as required fresh raspberries
- as required Blackberries (kala jamun/jambul) fresh
Method
- To make white chocolate mousse, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to boil.
- Take white chocolate in a bowl, add hot cream and whisk well till chocolate melts. Add whipped cream and fold well. Fill a piping bag with the mousse.
- Place 3 lady finger biscuits along the sides of each glass and pipe out some mousse in the center. Put few blueberries and pipe out some more mousse. Repeat the layer with raspberries and blackberries.
- Serve immediately.
