Kiwi Strawberry Leather

Ingredients list for Kiwi Strawberry Leather

• 2 medium Kiwi peeled
• 4-6 Strawberries hulled
• 4 teaspoons Honey
• to sprinkle Fennel seeds (saunf) roasted

Method

1. Preheat oven to 80º C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.
2. Grind kiwis with 2 teaspoons honey to a smooth puree and transfer into a bowl.
3. Grind strawberries with remaining honey to a smooth puree and transfer into another bowl.
4. Pour the kiwi puree on the lined baking tray and spread it evenly. Put strawberry puree on top and gently spread with the back of a spoon.Sprinkle some fennel powder on top.
5. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 1½ hours. Remove from oven and cool.
6. Cut the baked sheet into strips, roll and serve.
