Ingredients list for Kesari Srikhand
- 2 1/2 cups Saffron
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- a few strands Saffron (kesar)
- 1 teaspoon Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji)
- 10 Pistachios chopped
Method
- Tie yogurt in the muslin cloth and hang for at least two to three hours in the refrigerator so that the yogurt does become sour.
- Mix the hung yogurt and sugar in a bowl and keep on stirring till sugar is totally dissolved.
