Method

  1. Wash gourd, scrape, de-seed, apply salt and keep aside
  2. After a few minutes, squeeze out the excess water. Cut into small pieces.
  3.  Heat oil, deep fry the gourd pieces till crisp. Grind together coconut, chillies, salt, tamarind and fried gourd into a semi-liquid chutney.
