Ingredients for Kalakand White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • Kalakand 100 grams

  • White Chocolate chopped 1/2 cup

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Whipped cream 1 1/2 cups

  • Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons

  • Slivered pistachios 3 tbsps + for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes. Add white chocolate and cook, stirring continuously, till the chocolate melts.

Step 2

Mash kalakand, add to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Cool the mixture and transfer into a bowl. Add whipped cream and mix well. Transfer half of it into another bowl.

Step 4

Add cocoa powder to one half and mix well. Add 3 tbsps pistachios to the other half and mix well.

Step 5

Divide the cocoa mixture equally into 4 glasses. Top it with the pistachio mixture.

Step 6

Garnish with some pistachios and serve chilled.
