Ingredients list for Kakdi Che Ghavan
- 2 medium Cucumbers
- 200 grams Wheat flour
- 100 grams Rice flour
- 200 grams Jaggery (gur)
- to taste Salt
- 100 millilitres Ghee
- as required Water
Method
- Peel, wash and grate cucumber. Keep aside. Grate jaggery. Combine grated cucumber, flour, rice flour, jaggery and salt.
- Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency. Heat a tawa, apply a little ghee and pour out ¼ ladle of batter. Spread into thin round shape.
- Cook on both sides till golden brown. Repeat the same with remaining batter. Serve hot
