Ingredients for Kakdi Che Ghavan Recipe

  • Cucumbers 2 medium

  • Wheat flour 200 grams

  • Rice flour 100 grams

  • Jaggery (gur) 200 grams

  • Salt to taste

  • Ghee 100 millilitres

  • Water as required


Step 1

Peel, wash and grate cucumber. Keep aside. Grate jaggery. Combine grated cucumber, flour, rice flour, jaggery and salt.

Step 2

Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency. Heat a tawa, apply a little ghee and pour out ¼ ladle of batter. Spread into thin round shape.

Step 3

Cook on both sides till golden brown. Repeat the same with remaining batter. Serve hot
