Ingredients list for Junglee Chicken Sandwich
- 8 slices Brown bread
- 1 cup Chicken boiled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Green chutney
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 medium Carrot grated
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Mix mayonnaise and green chutney in a bowl and mix well. Add green chillies and chicken. Mix again.
- Add onion, carrot, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Place 4 bread slices on worktop. Spread mayonnaise mixture on them and cover each with one of the remaining slices.
- Apply 1 tsp mayonnaise on each side of 2 sandwiches and grill them on a hot non stick pan till crisp.
- Cut remaining 2 sandwiches into triangles and place on serving dish. Cut grilled sandwich into triangles and place on serving dish. Serve immediately.
