Ingredients list for Jambul Sherbet

  • 4 cups Black Berries
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • a pinch Salt
  • 5-6 Fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. De-stem, clean and wash jambul. De-seed them and extract the juice. Mix jambul juice and sugar in a vessel and mix till the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add four and a half cups of water, pinch of salt, mint leaves and ice cubes.
  3. Mix well and chill in a refrigerator. Serve chilled.
